Desks from around the world

Following up from my post yesterday I posted a photo of what I thought was a messy desk.
I asked the people of twitter.

Snap a photo of your desk and send it to me, I'm interested to see where you all work

So here are some photos of desks that people sent me.

David Conlisk

David Conlisk's Desk
I love the fact Dave has most of his computer doing some balancing act.

Morten Bock

Morten Bock's Desk
A nice setup Morten has here, and gets extra points for having snapped my blog in the photo.

Bob Baty Barr

Bob Baty Barr's Desk
I like the way Bob has got a BIG TV in his office, if that was me I would never get any work done.

Kalle Wibeck

Kalle Wibeck's Desk
A nice tidy desk working from home, but I like Kalle is working on a spam filter for Boost.

Keith Symmonds

Keith Symmonds Desk
Keith has loads in that tiny cheese wedge desk, but I like the fact if you get bored you can look at your neighbours screen and read their facebook messages ;-)

Niels Hartvig

Niels Hartvig's Desk
Probably one of the tidiest and organised desks along with Morten's

Hal Lesesne

Hal Lesesne's Desk
Yet another good desk that has another great site up :)

Rsoeteman

Rsoeteman's Desk
An extremely tidy desk you have there and yet another great site spotted :)

Dirk De Grave

Dirk De Grave's Desk
I like the big notepad underneath the laptop, I have a huge habit to write on post-it notes instead.

Tim Gaunt

Tim Gaunt's Desk
A nice three monitor setup with forth on the laptop, if that was me I wouldn't know where to look.

Casey Neehouse

Casey Neehouse's Desk
I think Casey would clearly win the messy desk award hands down. I don't think I can see the desk. Shows how busy this guy work. I recommend he tidies up a little and calms down with his 24HR working pattern!

Well thanks to everyone above who got involved, it was good to see the desks where you work at.

Don't forget the one on my phone ;) In theory I can have TV/CCTV coming through on that but that'd just be sad...

...or would it ;)

Nice collection of desks there, it's always interesting to see the common elements, looking at Dirk's has just reminded me I'm missing my pile of scrap paper...

Nice overview Warren.

Really likes tim's triple monitor setup. Still got some place left for two more... :)

@warren, great work buddy, this has really gotten my day off to a great start. Thanks for the smiles and thanks to everyone for sharing a tiny piece of their personal or not so personal spaces :)

Ha ha, man I love the one of Casey's.

I recently got a new PC which finally allowed me to run that dual monitor setup that I've always dreamed of:

(Sorry for the poor quality, my camera phone isn't what it used to be)

Usually though it is more cluttered with empty coffee cups & bottles of Mountain Dew...

I'd just like to say, for the benefit of any Web Garden clients or potential clients, that the websites I build are more stable than my office setup!

I think I'll have to update my pic when I'm back in the office... Don't want Casey to get all the mess-fame

You are no-one in this world unless you have a really big printer....

@Chris I love the fact you have all this cool gear and in the middle you have an old cream/greyish keyboard ;-)

@Darren I first thought you had two BIG printers but realised one is your desktop machine.

@neehouse - I have that same globe mural on the back wall of my office. :-) I think even the same frame. Wal-Mart (probably) - but I can't remember. Ubiquitous.
